My name is Teresa Ferreira and I was born and raised in Lisboa (Lisbon), where I’ve been working as a tourist guide for more than 20 years.

Throughout my life my family have told me countless stories about Lisbon and this inherited passion for the city was one of the main reasons why I wanted to study tourism and become a tourist guide.

Over the years I’ve seen many changes in this city and I never get tired of it; Lisbon is mysterious, bright and always has something different to discover. This is what I love to share with visitors from around the world.

Although I’ve worked as an air hostess for TAP – AIR PORTUGAL, as a hotel Public Relations and also as an actress, it is as a guide that I found my calling.

I am based in Lisbon, but as a national qualified tourist guide I have worked all over the country, visiting regions of interest, monuments and museums.

My tours focus both in Lisbon and surrounding areas, like Sintra, Cascais, Óbidos, Fátima and Setúbal.

João, he is our driver. He was born in Lisbon, but lived all his life in Sintra, where he knows all the secrets. He usually spends his holidays in the region of Óbidos, birthplace of his mother. He is a father of 4 ( 3 girls and one boy) and recently he became a grandfather. During the last few years, he has been working with me driving our tours all over Portugal. He is knowlagable, speaks english , friendly and easy going. He will always suggest you the best places to go and the best restaurants.
